Integrative Health Global
Mission & Vision
The mission of Integrative Health Global (IHG) is to educate, advocate, and implement change in pediatric medicine programs around the world by championing whole-person integrative treatment and care.
Core Activities
IHG’s approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of physical, mental, social, and environmental factors in an individual’s health journey through chronic disease. IHG educates and trains healthcare providers and empowers patient families to utilize state-of-the-art complementary therapies in clinical settings to address and improve patient treatment, resilience, and health outcomes.
Core Objective
The fundamental objective of IHG’s global work is to encourage medical centers, government agencies, and world health organizations to implement integrative medicine approaches and programming as an essential part of comprehensive patient care.
The mission of IHG is aligned with Hope & Heroes’ charitable mandate to support world-class research and clinical care, along with programs and services that support children in treatment for pediatric conditions, including cancer.
As a 501(c)(3), Hope & Heroes serves as the fundraising arm of IHG to support and advance its work in the United States and internationally.
