Hope & Heroes depends a great deal on events of all types and sizes to help raise the funds necessary to continue fulfilling our mission. Currently we have an explosion of things happening--some very recently planned and others that have been in the works for quite a while. We are so grateful to all the groups who are putting forth the time, effort and creativity to support us.

Manhattan Motorcars, WCBS Newsradio 880 and the Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund proudly announce the 1st Annual Casino Night at Manhattan Motorcars. As a guest of Manhattan Motorcars and WCBS, you will be presented with play chips to use at any of the many gaming tables that will be available. Exciting games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Texas Hold’em, 3-Card Poker, and Let It Ride will all be available. Prizes will be rewarded to the big winners of the evening. Prizes will include a Porsche Ultimate Driving Experience Trip, Stratton Golf Vacation and much, much more!

Mamaroneck High School is holding its sixth annual Walkathon in memory of Talia Cohen who passed away from cancer in 2002. The event also offers live music, raffles and food while raising funds for Hope and Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund. Donations will be directed to solid tumor research conducted by Dr. Darrell Yamashiro.

For the second year, the Kimball family is putting on Jammin' For Jamie in Greenwich, a concert event with a wide variety of musical flavors. There are numerous sponsorship opportunities and it should be a blast.

The Jay and Corbett family invite you to the 2^nd annual Family Fun Day featuring games, raffles, music, food, beverages and more! Last year 400 people attended and helped raise $70,000 for Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund. The proceeds will again be directed to Wilms tumor research.
